Returns & Refunds on Non-Consumables
Coffee products are not applicable
We greatly appreciate your business. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase. Returns are processed as a refund of the original purchase price. Merchandise must be unused, unopened, fully functional, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you need to return an item, please contact us for a Return Reference Number at ThePearCoffee@gmail.com.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If the item does not adhere to the aforementioned standards, we reserve the right to apply a partial refund or credit.
Coffee Returns
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on coffee beans.
However, if you are not satisfied with our coffee, please contact us so we can work together to resolve the issue. Please contact our Customer Service Team at ThePearCoffee@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you in placing a new order.
Please note that all coffee can be different given its origins, processing methods, roasting approaches, brewing methods and other variables. We would be happy to explore the right approach for the coffee you love.
